AuraRed Warranty

A 2-year limited warranty backs all Aura Red Light devices that cover defects in materials and workmanship under regular use. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Start Date: The 2-year warranty period begins on your device's delivery date, as the tracking information confirms.

What’s Covered?
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Malfunctions under everyday use
• LED failures that impact device performance

What’s Not Covered?
• Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper operation
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
• Water damage or exposure to excessive heat
• Accidental drops, physical damage, or cosmetic wear
• Damage caused by improper power supply or voltage surges

How to File a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, email auraredlight@gmail.com with the following details:
✔ Order Number
✔ Full Name
✔ Email Address
✔ Description of the Issue with Your Device

Our support team will assess the issue and determine if a repair or replacement is necessary. We will provide a replacement unit or perform necessary repairs at no charge if eligible.

Limitations & Exclusions
• Aura Red Light is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
• Warranty claims must be made within the 2-year coverage period from the device’s delivery date.
• The customer may be responsible for shipping costs when returning defective units.
